Ina-Garten
Ina Garten is a well-known American cookery book author and Emmy Award-winning host on Food Networks current oldest show Barefoot Contessa that debuted in 2002, and has been aired for 27 seasons till 2020. Ina started writing policy and nuclear energy documents in the White House. In the beginning, she found her work as stimulating intellectually, however she soon lost interest, and opened a grocery store that was named Barefoot Contessa. Her store was extremely successful over the course of 18 years until she made the decision to close it. Then she began writing the first book. Many more cookbooks, and magazines columns that followed. Her Food Network television program also was launched and soon became a hit. Also, Ina sells products ranging from food ingredients to storage containers and tools. Ina is a cook who has learned by herself who has not attended a cooking school, nor worked in an kitchen. She is known for her simple style of cooking as well as her easy entertaining. The most well-known recipes she has created are the lemon chicken that she grills in a skillet and Beatty's Chocolate Cake Mac & Cheese Beef Bouguignon, balsamic-roasted Brussels Sprouts & Lemon Bars.
