Ariel Winter, born Ariel Winter Workman (Janurary 28th, 1998) in Los Angeles California is an American actress, singer, and voice-actor. Ariel Winter began her career as an actress when she was just a few years old, appearing in an Cool Whip advertisement when she was just six years old. In the age of seven she was offered her first TV role in the CBS sitcom Listen Up! Monk Bones followed, as did ER. In 2007 was cast in the role of Gretchen in The Disney Original Channel animated series Phineas and Ferb. Two years later she had her breakthrough live-action character in the role of Alex Dunphy on the hit TV show Modern Family.
