Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete as well as an IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. She began competing in fitness competitions when she was 16, after quitting gymnastics in her youth. She won her Pro Card only one year later at age 17. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. She began competing in fitness shows after giving up her childhood career in gymnastics. In just one year she earned her Pro Card at age 17. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest. Ariel was able to take a break of six years from performing after she earned her Pro Card to complete her college studies. When she completed her college degree Ariel returned to the stage in 2015. The show continued in the same way she had left off in the previous contests including the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. Following her first appearance was a success, she continued to compete for many years and set more ambitious goals every year. By the time 2009 ended she won several fitness awards. In addition, she was one of the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro of all at the time (age 17) when she won in 2009 the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Ariel was on a break for a while following her professional card's issuance in order to earn her college diploma. Following the IFBB Fitness Pro Card, Ariel returned to the sport with a bang during the Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. At the show, she finished third. The summer of 2016 saw her took home her place in the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. In the process, she was able to participate in Fitness Olympia. It was on the Olympia stage three months later taking home 6th place at the Fitness Division. With no expectations prior to the event, Ariel states that she was more proud of her performance. Ariel had to compete against the best of top athletes. Ariel keeps improving every year. Ariel is a fan of working out her back. It is where she usually performs bent over rows, single arm lats pull-downs (on machines) or pull-ups as well as seated rowing. First, she warms up prior to moving onto working sets. Ariel uses her time efficiently. How she does this is through supersetting the back exercises she does. Three or four supersets that have 10-12 reps is done.
