Ani Difranco
Angela Maria Ani DiFranco (born Angela Maria Ani DiFranco) is an American and Canadian musician and singer. She has released more than 20 albums. DiFranco has released over 20 albums. A feminist icon widely recognized as Grammy award winner Ani DiFranco is considered to be the father of the DIY movement and is among the first artists to create her own label 1990. DiFranco born on 23 September 1970 in the city of Buffalo in New York. She is the daughter of Elizabeth (Ross), who was introduced to Dante Americo DiFranco while studying at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Both her parents were both of Montreal origin.
